My favorite place for Italian food. My husband loves the calamari steak picata style and I love the chicken and veal picata. We only go every few months or so but they always remember us.
I dine here when I hunger for italian. Much better food than olive garden for same price.
Enjoyed our first visit. Both my spouse and I really enjoy eating ang cooking Italian food, with SF Bay Area experiences and meals in Italy by which to compare. Mario's measured up. Service was relaxed for a weeknight, but acceptable. Our waitress (originally Milanese) was warm and helpful. Loved our fig appetizer and suprise limoncello, properly chilly, for our dessert. Ossobuco tasty. Pork chop was v good. Corkage was reasonable and expected. Will definitely return.
