I've always been happy with the services done by Mario's plumbing, but this last time he went above and beyond what anyone else has ever done. He fixed the root of the problem that we were having with our septic system. Other plumbers have come in just cleared a blockage but didn't do anything more. It was the first time Mario had to deal with this problem and he fixed it so we won't have the blockage again which is wonderful. I had an issue with my kitchen faucet that left us unable to use the sink, and after calling a bunch of plumbers with no answer, Mario’s Plumbing picked up right away. The woman on the phone was super helpful and got someone out quickly — they gave me a two-hour window, and he showed up in 45 minutes. Once he got here, he quickly figured out the real issue (which I had completely misdiagnosed) and got it taken care of right away. He was kind, professional, and never made me feel dumb about it.
