RecommendedMy daughter and I picked up 2 pizza kits. Made them together. First made a meatball one, oh yeah the meatballs were great. We put some garlic salt on the crust before the sauce, the sauce is the best I have tasted here in Waterbury( been living here for 5 yrs). We will be ordering a neat lover's pizza next time we want pizza. Thank you for the pizza kit. Great way to try pizza without spending a lot. Oh yeah and you could tell their mozzarella cheese was fresh!

So it’s Wednesday night ..not too many customers .. Best ribeye steak sandwich out there!!
Customer service was horrible. Forgot half the order ... was less than helpful on the phone. Offered zero compensation... the mark up on food is so high it would cost nothing to comp one of the forgotten items.
first time there, nice place, wait staff very friendly, food was delicious and plentiful. I almost couldn't finish my dinner. their pizzas are larger and more toppings, than other places. I highly recommend!
I will never ever walk in there again!!!! Every time we go into the dining room there’s an issue. Tonight my wife and I walked into the bar and sat down. The host, who looked like he was 12 years old, told us we could not sit there. When I asked why, he said that the bar stools were reserved. WHAT? In all of my years I’ve never been told that. EVER!!!! We went elsewhere and I asked the owner of that restaurant if he’d ever heard of that and he said no. He just picked up Mario’s business.
I've been eating at Mario's since they opened. I am addicted to the cavatelli and broccoli with sausage. I get it everytime I go. I've even worked there on and off and the staff is amazing and what started as a small mom and pop pizza shop prospered into in my opinion one of the top contending restaraunts in connecticut.
