This is for the New Garden Rd location: Usually I go to the one on Wendover; however, tonight I was going to be over on New Garden Rd so at 6:00pm I placed an ONLINE order to be picked up at 6:40pm. I got there at 6:35pm and was told “it’ll be a few more minutes”. Huh? So, I step to the side and wait. This place used to be my favorite. But, I have noticed lately their crust is bland and tasteless. Tonight though was all about poor customer service. I ordered online. My friend picked it up and did not open the box. When she arrived, my 5 topping pizza was nowhere! It was a half cheese and the other half was pepperoni. Staff was wearing masks on their chins! Why even bother wearing one at all? I immediately left I’ll go spend my money with restaurants that care about the health of their clients. Never going back!
waited for more than an hour and a half for my order got to the counter and it still wasnt ready not to mention they didnt get my order correct and ran out of pizza slices. the cashier tells me sorry everyone waiting and we don't have pizza slices anyway so basically why am I complaining about my pizza slice that wasnt on my orderand having to wait even longer for food. Great customer...???? I DONT THINK SO.
