I ordered a large Italiano sandwich from the Florissant store on the app and it charged me $5 for a “donation” that I was totally unaware of. They must check the box for you and unless you uncheck it they just take the $5 hoping you don’t notice. The store just says they don’t know nothing about it and have nothing to do with it. The pizza was very delicious and well prepared very good pleasant taste on the sauce meat and crust!!! I can’t eat papa John or Pizza Hut pizza! This has that back in the day chuckee cheese 🧀 pizza taste I been looking for. So yess first time was delicious my family loved it 🥰
Hit or miss. Food is always good, store is always understaffed. I was told 15 to 20 min, when I got there I stood at the counter while the line built behind me. 2 people canceled orders. I waited another 20 min. At least I got a discount for the wait, because she knew I was pissed. Maybe better luck next time. Marco better hire some more people. Next time I'm going to Domino's
Ordered pizza - arrived couple minutes after pickup time. Wasn't acknowledged for 15 minutes then Trey fudge even start order. Said I was 4 tickets away. I said oh nvm cancel & she started bitching she'd have to off it away bc it's on oven. She LITERALLY had the pizza ticket still on printer. She lied! Short staffed or nit - unacceptable
