On 2/21/2026, I attempted to place a delivery order over the phone using a mailed VIP certificate issued by Manager Jackie for my mother, who is unable to drive. ordered pizza for the kids using some free coupons i was given and when i when i gave a small tip i was asked by the woman over the phone "IS THAT ALL??" this was the most unprofessional response ive ever heard in my life
