The owner, Mario, illegally titled jumped a vehicle he sold me. He sold me a sprinter van with a fraudulent title that was never registered in his or his company's name. The title he provided me is in the name of someone else. The title is in the name of the person whom he previously purchased the van from prior to selling it to me.
