Mario confirmed he would come today between 11:00 AM and 3:00 PM, but he never showed up. He also failed to return my phone call, voicemail, or multiple text messages asking for an update. Not even a courtesy message to say he was running late or couldn’t make it. If you can’t keep an appointment, the least you can do is communicate with your customer. Leaving someone waiting for hours with a plumbing issue is unprofessional. I had to find another plumber. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.
MARIO MOST HONEST PLUMBER I MEET HE CAME TODAY SEE IF I HAD LEAK WATER BILL HIGHER THEY SAID HAD LEAK BUT DO USE MORE WATER SOMETIMES CAUSE RUN MY WASHER EMPTY SOMETIMES ALL DAY SO I CAN DO MY WASH I WASH MY DOGS BLANKETS IN IT THEN LOOKED AT MY BILL TODAY AGAIN BUNCH SHIT THEY INCREASED ON BILL AND WANT HIM MOVE MY WATER SHUT OFF FROM CRAWL SPACE BUT TOLD ME WOULD NOT BE GOOD IDEA WOULD CAUSE LOT OTHER PROBLEM DID NOT CHARGE ME!!!!!!!!!
