I’ve been a loyal customer of Mario for over 12 years, and I’ve always appreciated his skill and consistency. However, my most recent experience was very disappointing. I had a confirmed appointment with Mario, but I received a call saying he couldn’t wake up in the morning and my appointment was switched to his son instead. I decided to go ahead with the change, but unfortunately I did not receive the desired results from the haircut.
