Horrible Service. Nothing but lie after lie after lie from their home office. HUGE turnover of employees. Run Away Fast. Do NOT even consider using this company. Our referral was through Lowe's. We purchased a new a/c-Heating unit. Lennox.unit with warranty. 8 months later it died. Schedule many times for a tech to come out to repair and time and time again they are no shows. I am a 60 year old man who has had lung cancer when my a/c went out I called many of the A/C repairs that claim 24 hour service and only one was truly 24 hours and that is Mario's heating and air as it turns out my 31 year old system just had all it could take. Mario's was on the job fast and by the end of day the very next morning I have a great working system and it works perfect.
