This place use to be nice now it's turning to shits, shootings,mice,break in's . Turning in to a mini war zone and all this management Care's about are payments and their safety, they are letting anyone in. I once was told Sherman hills was a bad place to live,Marion terrace is now number 2 on the list. They change office staff like they change underwear, they don't answer the phones, and when in the office be lucky if they have the door open. Good luck with this place. New management company equallys place of hell.
Does anybody know how long is the normal waiting list when u have 1 or more children ?
I love the neighborhood its quiet and peaceful and my kids can go outside and noyone won't bother them.
This place used to be nice i guess times have changed
