THIS HAS BEEN THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER IN BUYING THIS POOR BUILT HOME. AND THE WORST PART IS THAT IT HAS BEEN OVER A YR TO HAVE REPAIRS DONE AND NOTHING GETS DONE IN TIMELY MANNER. I have Multiple Issues with Landsea Marion Ridge. When it comes to purchasing a home with them everyone is happy and friendly. When it comes to fixing issues that they knew were already broken I have a big problem with. No warranty nor Builder will want to take responsibility of the issues that are present. I am frustrated for the homeowners I am disgusted by the builders action and I will never place another client in Landsea Marion Ridge ever Again...
