Ms. Karen and the staff at Marion Pharmacy are a shining example of stellar customer service. In the past several years, I have had some very out of the ordinary needs and they have never failed to meet a single one, quickly and efficiently. Thank you for all you do!
They go over and above to assist you. Recently, the pharmacist and the staff took the time to transfer my Rx from Walmart and the pharmacist spent the time to explain the dosage and offer encouragement. The staff could not be more friendly or helpful. What a change from Walmart!

They listened to the issue I was having. They understood what I was going through, and they reacted in a way that solved my issue until I could seek a permanent solution. They gave me peace of mind, and they had never met me before. Two thumbs up !
I came to them in a time of need when I was being treated unfairly by the other local Pharmacy. They were more then willing to help and got my prescription transferred to them and straightened out within 20 min.
While standing in line today waiting for my turn, I witnessed an act of passion for a customer at the register. I was literally blown away at this magnificent gesture, and I will never forget this. I will most certainly direct ALL of my family's business their way. EPIC!!!
