Horrible customer service and rude nurses since they switched offices. I’ve been waiting 3 days for my son’s medication and they are still giving me the run around. I would give them 0 stars if I could. We’re looking for a different pediatrician.

The front desk staff is ALWAYS so rude for no reason. Just calling to make a simple appt is a horrible experience.
I took my daughter there for a sick visit. No vitals were assessed. He was in the room for estimated 5 minutes and I had expressed some concerns about her. He said if they worsen over the next two days to bring her back. I felt dismissed.
