I have lived here for a few years and find this property to be beautifully managed by a very kind, fair and approachable manager. He is exceptional at balancing priorities and keeping this environment clean and safe. If you want to live in a place that's very pleasant and functional, this is it thanks to the current manager.
Marion Park Apartments is not the Ritz; but it is a beautiful property with great apartments, a pool, a spa, laundry rooms, and only 1 block away from downtown, supermarkets, restaurants, bars, and cafes. Come visit Marion Park Apartments. See for yourself and compare it to comparable properties that are walking distance to downtown. You’ll find it is a Great place and far more affordable.
