I saw Dr. Zahn from 2016-2018 to manage my mental health. At the beginning, I felt incredibly hopeless and crippled by my anxiety/depression. I had seen another psychologist prior and would "feel better", only for it to be temporary. Dr. Zahn not only helped me cope, she gave me the tools that I needed to self regulate and grow as a person. She is incredibly empathetic and purposeful with her approach. She gives handouts relevant to the sessions and keeps track of your progress/goals.
