I left this practice because of Doris, who is the woman who handles the front desk and medical insurance authorizations. She is extremely rude, unprofessional and in my opinion gets annoyed when she has to do her job and takes it out on the patient. People coming to Dr. Jollu are in chronic pain and do not need to be mistreated by someone on his staff!
