The park looks nice enough. I did see some older trailers and a few areas that could use some fixing or yards cleaned up a little bit. It is huge so I haven't looked everywhere. Where my daughter bought is very nice.

Don't bother calling number associated with this google listing because the "community" has been bought and sold 4-5 in the last 3 years and the phone number is still associated with the original owner. They now do nothing to maintain property, communicate threw notes on doors ( They do not even bother tapeing it past the screen door in one of the most windy states, SD.) because not everyone has email/phone, and once you finally do get the correct number they rarely answer or offer any kind of help or service. Slum lords! Haven’t had a new parking pad or our road paved in 27 years. The concrete is busted and mud is everywhere. They have been notified several times of this problem and nothing is ever done. The corner of 18th and ebenezer floods so bad when we get heavy rain cars stall out and the waves wash our trailers skirting away. Last rain we had the flooding moved our whole outdoor ac unit of the concrete slab. They do not care at all about anyone or anything beside money!
