Great experience...like the 'Friends' place where everyone knows your name. Kelly is the best nurse who understands your concerns and Dr. Luque listens very well to your concerns. I'm sorry she is retiring. Enjoy retirement Doc!

My experience with Dr. Luque has been great. I've only seen her twice and both times she was professional, listened to my concerns, and patient. The reason for my 3 stars is for one of her staff member, Kelly. Kelly was rude, impatient, and should not have a job dealing with patients. She was short with me when she called to inform me of my health results and then claimed that "Sorry you're having a bad day!" which I wasn't until I received her call, she was rude and was not really listening to what I was asking her. I've had good experiences at Dr. Luque herself. I felt that she addressed my health issues well and she has a good bedside manner in my opinion which is nice when you aren't feeling well. I also felt that her nurses took good care of me as well. I've had mixed experiences with the front receptionists in the past but overall my experiences have been good.
