Horrible service from receptionist in surgery waiting area she is rude to patients listened to her makes calls rude on the phone with them. Have to wait in the lobby for extensive time periods past appointment times. Receptionist takes people out of order of arrival for appointments making the waiting period even worse. Don’t recommend having to deal with this lady Also if you need a prescription you have to call multiple times and days to even get this place to call in meds they require you to use. I would give this place zero stars if available. I've been coming here since the place opened. Yesterday, was the last straw. I recently got glasses here. Upon picking them up , I instantly knew I did not like the glasses. I was unable to exchange them due to "policy". I decided to return for a contact lens fitting. I checked in on arrival (15 minutes early). I made a point to let staff know I had been working a lot, over tired, etc that I was also required back to work that afternoon.
