The lady working the front deck was busy so we used the sign in sheet. People came in after us and went back before us. So I went up to see if they checked us in. They was questioning if we was coming when we was there 15 minutes before the appointment time. Then they come to tell me they can't proceed on with the next appointment, till I fax paperwork when it was in the packet they never looked at the paperwork they was given.
They didn’t leave a voicemail for me so I did not know when my appointment was and now I can’t go there because I miss my appointment so don’t go here they don’t try
