Dr Jacob Heath is friendly but professional and does a thorough exam. The receptionist and the tech ordering your glasses are friendly. The tech that took me back to the exam room was not friendly at all but was professional and thorough. I will be a returning pstient.
I had lost my glasses so hada pay $60 to get new ones! First after a month I called and they said she left a voivemail weeks ago! Umm my voicemail set isnt set up! Didn't say a word, went to pick up, can barely see but see glasses are different! She says i can assure you theyre identical, I put them on and said no they aren't. As she looked at me like Im crazy and says those are the exact glasses u had! Im just shaking my head bc not true! Guess what?!! This place intentionally withholds your pupillary distance from you so that you cannot order glasses online, my kids and I will never be back. Save your money and go somewhere else that isn't going to rip you off. Pathetic.
Sarah helped me choose my glasses and was very professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and fast. I got my glasses for a great price. The receptionist was also nice and professional.
