Great customer service. I called in with problems with my eyes burning. So bad they got me in that day. I was unable to do my follow-up appointment 10 days later hoping I can still get back in with him. They were very polite, very professional.I highly recommend this place.Best customer service
Im giving it a 3 because I genuinely like the dr I see there and hes been great with explaining everything and helping me with my chronic eye issues. The office manager unfortunately is a jerk and thats the nicest thing I can say,I was told i had to have the co-pay upfront they dont bill anymore,instead of stating it's a new policy at first she genuinely argued with me about it while a big old man sat in the room smirking and continued to do so after she had me sit down for the second time. Best ete xare around great doctors and takes a little of insurances
Dr Jacob Heath is friendly but professional and does a thorough exam. The receptionist and the tech ordering your glasses are friendly. The tech that took me back to the exam room was not friendly at all but was professional and thorough. I will be a returning pstient.
