Always very pleasant, from the minute we walk in the door. Everyone is friendly,helpful,and professional,and the facility is always clean.
Absolutely horrible customer service. Rude. Just assumes everyone is on Medicaid, and won’t let you finish a sentence. Will no longer be going there.
I would not recommend taking a child here who has never been before. The dr was not very patient or easy on a scared kid who had no idea what was going on. They didn't explain anything or let me help explain what was going on. Dr also acted like I was terrible for not bringing my child to an optometrist before 5. The front desk lady was super nice though so that's a plus
Came in early! Got in quick and the eye doctor was very efficient and made the experience better with casual conversation! The woman that assisted me with my glasses helped find me find a pair. While we did the paper work we conversed and she was very kind!
