Update: I’m now giving two stars after how rude a staff was to me. After going back to grab my glasses and get them fitted. I was given my glasses from the front desk. The lady there didn’t ask if they needed adjustments at all. I told her I needed adjustments. Instead of heating up the arms of the glasses and bending them that way, she just bent them with her hands. I had to keep asking her to keep bending them because her just bending them with her hands wasn’t doing anything. By the third time of asking her I could tell s... read more
Shame on your policies. I understand you shouldn't miss appointments but if there has been a death in your family everyone should be understanding in the way and time it takes when someone is grieving. Absolutely Ridiculous
I’m giving three stars mostly because of the staff. The staff and the lady who looked at my eyes first before the doctor are amazing people. They are always kind and very helpful in trying to help you. Also because my prescription has always been right and glasses have been ready on time. I’m not giving five stars because of the doctors I’ve seen the past year. The first time I saw a doctor for new glasses was because I lost mine. This was in early 2025. The first time I visited the Murphysboro office was in 2009 when I first moved to the town. Life happened and we moved around only to return back to the same small town. My experience then was just as pleasant as my most recent visit in the beginning of March. The staff was very welcoming. They got both me and my kids in right away. They answered all of my questions and even handled my struggle to find the perfect frame for my new prescription without one ounce of annoyance.
