Used them all the time. But last year they diagnosed me with "fungus" in my ears and throat infection. Turns out I had stage 4 throat cancer and was give antibiotics and steroids which I had already been on for two weeks. I am now a complete laryenjectomy patient. If you think something is wrong question it!! The Male Dr here was rude, told me it was just an infection and to take the meds when I questioned it. Sad.

Terrible customer service. I'll never go here again. Upon showing up all I needed was a simple tetanus shot I was informed that if my insurance were to pay they would charge me more and that'd be easier if I would just self-pay. I opted to self pay for a price around $200 for a tetanus shot, after waiting in the waiting room for an hour and a half they come out and tell me that I'm next but it's going to actually be another $100 making a total $300. Don`t waste your time or money. Went in with swollen left arm and wrist, was told they don`t do anything for this ( not even for the pain) said to go to emergency dept. at hospital. Now being billed $200.00 for this. Said they did not take my Medicare supplement plan after 1 year. Why didn`t they tell me this when I first went in? This place is a waste of time!!!
First time being here and even with the paperwork I was in and out in an hour and a half. Very courteous, relaxed, professional, and made me feel that I was getting what I needed. When I had had a fever in the past I went to the ER and they tried to push a ton of unnecessary tests on me versus here where they understood that I know my body and could explain what's wrong without tests. And even better didn't laugh at me when I said I like using natural methods for dealing with health issues
I love going here. Always get me in and out very quickly. Loved Dr. Cranick and the staff.
