As nervous as I am, I had a GREAT comfortable exerience that started with friendly and welcoming Tanya who peeped and assisted Dr. Chase. They kept me calm and walked me through the procedure step by step. Thank you! The office staff always make it easy to “want” to go to the dentist. I got my teeth cleaned by Mandy today. She was friendly, professional, and very thorough. She did a fantastic job and my teeth look and feel great! Dr Grill makes you feel comfortable, takes his time, and answers questions completely. I felt like I was in good hands and it was a good experience. Thank you!
RecommendedGreat place!! Due to some bad experiences in childhood I have some anxiety about getting my mouth worked on. Dr. Chase and his staff are excellent. Very glad I found them. I recommend them to everyone.
No matter if I am right or they’re right my appointment time was wrong and the office staff didn’t not see my son... a couple things in consideration, I showed up and made the effort, and the staff could make no accommodations for my family. I had to wake my 4yr old sleeping son from a nap, then drive to school to pick up my 8yr old son and sign him out for an absence. Then drive 15minutes to the office!!! Like I said I was not seen and very displeased with the lack of effort on your staff and not making the situation work!!... read more
