This is a terrible builder with a terrible property management company. In my neighborhood several properties are rentals and the way these houses and lawns are maintained is appalling. I’ve been in communication with the property management company associated with Allen Edwin for a year and still have no resolution. I would stay far away from any development they are a part of.
Very nice homes.
Good place to raise a family.
