Marion Counseling Services is very unprofessional. My daughter had an appointment at 10:00 am. We sat there for 45 minutes waiting and no one said she was running late or otherwise. Prior to I asked the front desk person did she have another client, she lied and said yes and had the audacity to go to the back like she was checking. All the time Brittney Jones was not there. Started seeing a doctor there 3 years ago. He was awesome. Since then, he has left, and his replacement, Barbara Tapps, is subpar at best. After a scheduling error on the receptionist's part, my son was given one month of meds to cover a 4 month span between appointments unknowingly. Once we realized, they would only cover him for one month in between, leaving my son to go cold turkey for two months without mood stabilizers/antipsychotics (extremely dangerous to stop suddenly.)
