My daughter had an accident with her 2011 Elantra . Marion Collision Center was great to work with . When I first called the lady who answered was wonderful, she was friendly and helpful . We were able to get her car in within a few days , they kept us informed of the status and we didn't have to wait forever for the repair . Hit a deer in my vintage 91 old cutluss, most people would have pocketed the money but i didnt, took it to marion collision wear it got a premium paint job on the hood. Anyone that would take their car anywhere else probably needs some help. I havebeen dealing with this company for many years, always the best work

Poor communication and sub-par work. I was told I would be contacted after the adjuster had met with them and before work began, I had to call to make contact 3 days later. Once I called I learned they had already started without calling like I had asked. This is the 3rd time I've had work done on a vehicle by a body shop and the repairs done by Marion collision are by far the worst I've encountered. We had a good experience when they did work on my wife's new vehicle not long ago and that is why we chose to use them again. ... read more
