Last week we broke down when the radiator blew coming up route 81 on our way home to NJ. Breaking down isn't the best experience, but I have to say I couldn't have broken down in a better place. In the span of 3 hours, I met Dennis from sales, Ronnie in Service, David in service, as well as another person who worked in the dealership.
