A step above 'Snip and Ciip' – As a transplant from the east coast I found myself looking for a friendly spa which I could frequent. I relied heavily on my old spa for regular pedicures, hair cuts etc. Perhaps my expectations were too high walking into Mario Tricoci. I had heard it was a contemporary spa though I found it to be a bit dated with a general attitude that everyone was trying too hard to act cool. GREAT SERVICE AND CUSTOMER LOYALITY – THE SERVICE AT MARIO TRICOCI IS THE BEST! THE GENERAL MANAGER CORTNEY IS FANTASIC! SHE LETS YOU KNOW IF THEIR IS ANYTHING YOU NEED, SHE WILL TAKE CARE OF IT...AND SHE MEANS IT! THE SERVICE BY ALL IS SUPERIOR AND I WOULD GO BACK ANYTIME!

Best salon & day spa in Kansas City Metro – I've been a client for about 3 or 4 years & I just can't say enough about the staff & the services they provide. Claudia in the spa is just incredible. In the color department, Devin cannot be topped. Scarlet in the makeup department is a true Artist with a capital A.

Nice, but... – I had a pedicure and a haircut at Tricoci, and while most of the experience was great, the woman who cut my hair (great cut!) wasn't comfortable trimming my beard, and teh woman who gave me my pedicure was obviously a little uncomfortable/bemused giving a man a pedicure. That said, they did do nice work, and by hair and feet both looked great when I left. I just wish they'd gone that extra 10%.
