I’ve been a client of Mario Tricoci since they only had their Oak Brook location, so I expected a much higher level of professionalism. I booked a makeup appointment for my son’s wedding day, only to have it canceled just two hours before the scheduled time. For such a large brand, I was shocked to learn they only have one makeup artist on staff, and there was no manager on-site when they canceled.
