Horrible experience – I came in for a trim before my friend's wedding. I wanted an inch and she took 5 inches. She also cut in a way that prevented it from curling nicely (a major problem since I was intending on wearing my curly for the wedding). Wen she was drying my hair, I was informed that she could only dry y hair straight (and I normally wear it curly and wanted it dried curly). What a great day – I received a Gift certificate for Christmas This was my first time in a Spa the staff could not have been more friendly They made me feel very comfortable I highly recommend them and can not wait to return!!

find another salon – I went to Mario Tricoci for the for the first time for cut, hightlights, and styling. I was ignored by the teenage reception desk staff. I tried asking a staff member, who wasn't busy, for magazines to pass the time with and she rudely pointed her finger at receptionist talking on the phone. I had to wait nearly 45 minutes beyond my scheduled appointment. The hair stylist did not listen to your input regarding the haircut.
