We ended up walking out of Ortho AZ before ever seeing the doctor. We arrived 15 minutes early for our appointment. An hour later, I asked the front desk when I'd be called back, and was told I was next. Other patients kept getting called ahead of us. I asked again, and again was told I was next. We were finally brought back to the exam room an hour and 15 minutes after our scheduled time. I was lucky to be checked in by a receptionist who had no interest in being at work. I rushed to be on time for an 2pm appointment but didn’t leave the waiting room until 3:45 pm. (Luckily I had my lunch with me from the BoJangles across the street) I finally was seen by the doctor at 4:10 pm and was on my way home by 4:25 pm. The only time I was informed that the doctor was running behind was at 3:50 pm. Dr.Taylor was very informative and helpful.

Good customer care. The receptionist was very helpful. The Dr gave a thorough explanation and options for care.
