Very efficient & thorough!
First thing, I sat on the exam table not realizing I was on the foot rest which was up. It came down and so did I. I was there for lower lumbar problems which were exasperated by the fall. Dr. Taylor came in soon after, I told him what happened and he dismissed it. I was never asked if I was ok, nor was there an incident report. I truly felt ignored and unimportant.
