Only visited him in-person and the visit was fine/he was informative and helpful. My issue: I was told he does telehealth visits (which is why I came in-person in the first place - I because I was told I needed to “establish care first”) and he doesn’t do telehealth. He also answers absolutely none of his messages on the Northwell FollowMyHealth portal. That is quite disappointing. I was told doctors are to monitor their inbox and that was also a selling point of establishing care with him. All in all: a loss for me.
