My mother waits hours for her appointment. At least 2 hours every visit. The waiting room is crowded and a lady is in here vaping. As an employee of St Catherine Hospital, I am absolutely embarrassed they would run the office like this. Do Better
I had had at least 5-year experience with this doctor where every time I went in to his old location I waited two and almost 3 hours in order to see him. There was a time that he forgot to call in certain medications of mine so I was stuck waiting and even withdrawing from these medications. He then moved to a new location where I entrusted that the waiting times would be better. The waiting times unfortunately we're still one and a half to two hours or longer.
