No one at this office has any clue as to what is going on. I've called several times in the span of the same day and the information provided is never the same. Everyone has a different answer to the same question. It has taken more than 4 phone calls to get a prescription refill sent to the pharmacy. The answer to my request varies depending on who you ask: it'll be done within the hour; it'll be done by the end of the day; it'll be done when the doctor takes a look and there's several requests he needs to get to. Dr.Oliver is a great doctor. I trust him with all my medical needs. He listens and provides the best care. However, the staff is rude and very unprofessional. Some surely need to be replaced.
I'm ready for a new Dr. When your ill, it seems that he will throw cures at the wall to see which one sticks! Very disappointing.
I’am trying to be patient and understanding but as time goes on I’m finding not all my medications were not properly recorded in his files. I’am a new patient and as I need refills some of my meds that they have “recorded” never made it to my pharmacy. They showed a screen shot print out and some meds are missing according to my pharmacy. I’am spending more time going to his office to fix the mess and I’am constantly on the phone with their call center with hold times of always 20+ minutes. Knowledgeable, professional, sense of character and most important, great primary care physician!! Always a great experience with Graybill Medical Group
If you want the kindest, most caring doctor. Please see this man. Excellent bedside manner and takes time to listen to your concerns. I have a few ongoing issues and he takes such good care of me. I must add Dr Matta PA Fernando and full staff are just marvelous.

Dr. Oliver makes me feel like I'am his only patient. He listens and answers every question that I have. He never makes me feel like I'am being rushed. I would recommend him to anyone who is in need of a great doctor.
No matter the reason of the visit or how busy the office may be, Dr Oliver has always made me feel as if I'm his only patient. He is extremely professional and thorough, explaining and educates as he treats. Amazing Dr, office and staff.
He's a great listener and teacher, which is unusual these days.
