To anyone seeking a Realestate Agent, or to recommend an agent I am here to recommend Mario Malone. I can admit, I could not have sold my home without his home management (many moving parts), his errands, and guidance. When I wanted to quit, he never wavered. 1. His communication is excellent. As a first time homeowner, Mario was immensely helpful with navigating the process of buying a home. Mario was able to get me seller incentives over what had been originally offered, even when I decided not to use the seller’s preferred lender.
