As a first time homeowner, Mario was immensely helpful with navigating the process of buying a home. Mario was able to get me seller incentives over what had been originally offered, even when I decided not to use the seller’s preferred lender. Mario is professional, communicative, and made the experience of purchasing my first home very seamless. I highly recommend Mario as a realtor, especially if you are a first time home buyer.

Mario is amazing! He has timely communication, and he stays on top of things. He’s so knowledgeable, and he’s willing to help however he can to make sure your home sells for a great price. I’ve never used any other realtor, and I never will!
