I was a new patient and had a positive first visit with Dr. Gioja.regarding hypertension and varying BP. He was easy to talk to and I felt confident continuing with him. The problem I had was when my BP dropped significantly. He did not return calls nor could I get an appointment earlier than several months. One of his staff suggested I go to the ER. When there is a significant health issue or change Iwould hope my MD makes himself available. This DR could not. I decided not to continue with this type of lax care.
