Mario assisted with different steps throughout the process and was helpful with direct questions and quick responses via text or call . We appreciate his help as he continues to serve after we got our keys.

My son died suddenly a friend suggested i talk to Mario. I needed to clean the house garage and the yard. Mario found a buyer who would take the whole property As Is. I didn't have to. do anything. I don't know what all Mario did but I am finished with it all. Thank you Mario

We had a great close of the house. He advocated for us. But now that we have closed we can’t seem to get the 30 day list looked at- 5 months later. Maybe he’s too busy to care about a single home. It’s disheartening to get ignored after buying a new construction. Nice quality home, nice closing gift from the builder just awful service when you need something done after the fact.

It was a pleasure working with Mario on this presale transaction. Communication was on point. He took the time to explain the process from start to finish which created a trustworthy environment for all parties involved.

Mario's cooler than a polar bears toe nails. Signing contracts and agreements he really took the time to explain all the info tons and tons.
