Mario double talked his way through most of the process. We had an agreement that they would Not sell our mortgage but that they outsourced another company for service. I had asked if that meant that they used them to handle customer service, and was told yes. No they don't. It meant that they sold the mortgage to them. We dealt with them for 5 months while we were house hunting and had made our demands on that score very clear, while Mario and his team tricked us into compliance at every turn.
