I believe he was was he first person to arrive at the cemetary. Everything was handled in such a discrete, beautiful and professional manner. Called in an order for delivery and the gentleman on the phone who happened to be Mario the owner was so pleasant to speak with. He helped me choose my balloon bouquet...arranged the delivery and answered all my questions. Will definitely be using him again!!!
