Just want to say thank you to Sean Kingsbury — he's truly a standup neighbor! I'm not insured by him (I have nothing to insure, ha), but last week, I was walking past his storefront, carrying a sad bike frame that had no wheels because they'd been stolen the previous day. On a bike himself, he stopped me to commiserate and did something I totally didn't expect: He gave me an extra set of wheels he had. It was so kind and generous — truly "a good neighbor"!
