Very rude and argumentative.
Today I toured a property where Mario was representing the seller, and unfortunately the experience was extremely unpleasant. Within minutes of the tour beginning, I noticed a very condescending attitude. At the start of the tour I asked a simple question about the garage size and whether my SUV would fit. Mario immediately shrugged his shoulders, threw his arms in the air and said “Welp,” instead of providing a professional or helpful response.
