Mario is so professional and knowledgeable about the industry. 20+ year is hard to come by nowadays, so I highly recommend you talk to him if you want to buy a home. He will give you the nitty gritty about situations to make sure you are getting the perfect home without getting the wrong end of the deal. I highly recommend using Mario Bravo Realtor! I told Mario what I was looking for and the situation my parents were in at the time. My parents had recently lost their home due to the economic crash and I was about to deploy to Afghanistan in less than two months. I wanted to buy a good house for my parents to live in while I was going to be gone for 14 months. Mr. Bravo listened and executed my wishes.
