Mario is a great realtor for first time home buyers. He explained the home buying process quite well including financial options to consider. He had good resources including mortgage brokers, inspectors, and anything else you need to get started. When scheduling walk throughs he went over all the details of the house from the top down and provided a good idea of the quality of the house and area.
