Mario is a great realtor for first time home buyers. He explained the home buying process quite well including financial options to consider. He had good resources including mortgage brokers, inspectors, and anything else you need to get started. When scheduling walk throughs he went over all the details of the house from the top down and provided a good idea of the quality of the house and area. Mario prepared a sales plan and outlined for us several options on how to sell our property and within several weeks of engagement found a buyer and we closed the sale. He knows the housing and property market well and is an ethical and fair real estate agent. Mario exceeded our expectations thorughout the process, we highly recommend him.
