This law firm contacted my Mortgage bank, on their own without my permission, and told them to add a note that I filed for bankruptcy even though I did not. They never took the time to check out the facts of their claim. They somehow looked up my social security number without me knowing it (borders identity theft) and gave PNC bank this info.
