I wouldn’t trust any realtor employed by this firm. I worked with a realtor here named Patricia Scarpa, who unprofessionally asked me for a copy of my home inspection to share with another client, simply because I couldn’t close on the home due to a competing cash offer. This type of unethical behavior reflects poorly on the firm, and I believe it warrants serious consequences, such as license revocation or termination. Don’t believe me, ask her about it. Smh just disgusting!
I highly recommend Justin! Anyone looking to buy or sell their or home reach out to him. Also for investments and or commercial real estate needs.
I found a Listing on Zillow and I was connected with Brian C. Johnson. He showed me the Listing and was not prepared. We exchanged some text messages and he send me one E-Mail . I let him know that I would like to go ahead with someone different and he asked me for $2500 for his service . He is unethical. No buyers agent gets paid by the buyer.
I emailed them to double check the square footage of a home my husband and I were interested in. Instead of just answering the question they pried, tried to set up appointments, called me even though I told them not to. Later they finally emailed me the answer, after mansplaining photography to me, a photographer. (Which literally had nothing to do with my question.) Too bad, we really liked the house. Just wanted to see if it was big enough for us.
We had bought our current home and sold our previous home and investment property all within a year during COVID-19 pandemic. Fredrick was fantastic with entire experience. When looking for a property, he allowed us to browse homes at our own pace, and stayed within ear shot, taking notes, in case of any questions.
