The staff do not communicate internally. Yesterday, received a phone call indicating they have not receive prior authorization for a procedure schedule 6 months prior and had to cancel the 2 appointments, cleaning and procedure. Received a call today asking if I was coming in for my cleaning, and informed them they cancelled it the day prior. Was told, that was the procedure not the cleaning.
