Went in Nov 2025 to fix a filling. They gave me a temporary filling which lasted about 5 days. For this service, which took less than 15 minutes, they said I owed $25, which I paid. Then, in Feb 2026, I returned for a cleaning. Afterward, I asked if I had a balance. They said "no." My wife went in about two weeks later and was again told we had no balance.
