Dr amazing office is awful. In chronic pain and have been waiting 9 weeks to get procedure scheduled kept calling and said it would take up to 8 and said it was pending. Now I have called my insurance and it was never submitted… so not only did they not do it but once I called multiple times they lied saying it was pending. Dr Naidu is great, fire your scheduler they are ruining your name and business.
Extremely inflexible and a waste of your time I arrived 5 minutes late for appointment and they couldn't take me. I didn't even need the appointment to begin with. All I needed was a referral for an MRI, but they insisted I see them and they have an extremely limited schedule. I drove 40 minutes to get here and they couldn't even take 5 minutes to give me the referral for an MRI This place is absolutely useless and doesn't deserve an ounce of your tax or insurance dollars

The doctors and nurses at MarinHealth Spine Institute are exceptional. I have been a patient for over twenty years. They are extremely competent and caring. My only complaint is since joining MarinHealth it takes twice as long to get procedures scheduled. Perhaps they need to close the practice to new patients for a while. Otherwise, exceptional!
My rating is all because of the incompetence ( or perhaps she’s overworked and can’t return a call or submit paperwork in sooner than 2 weeks) of the surgery injection scheduler, Lauren. My insurance was not covering the procedure, and that is another story, but it took her 2 weeks before my pre authorization was even submitted to my insurance. I had to call multiple times and almost never got a call back. I had to keep calling till I’d get through to speak w/ her. She was pleasant on the phone… just blamed everything on ins... read more
