I had an excellent experience at Marin Health Outpatient Imaging Center. Check in was smooth, they were helpful and friendly. Janice did my x-ray. She was kind and considerate of not hurting my broken toe.
I would give them a zero if I could. We went in for a simple X-Ray. They said they could not tell us the out of pocket price. A month later, we got a bill for nearly $1000!!!!. The going rate for a walk-in x-ray in the Bay Area is ~$100 so they charged us 10 times the fair market value. We paid them $150 as a good faith gesture and asked them to adjust the bill, saying we could pay some more but not the full amount. They sent it to collections. AVOID THIS FACILITY FOR ANY OPTIONAL CARE.
