This medical office is rough! The day I had an appt they were running about an hour behind schedule, and the walk in X-ray office next door was so behind they were trying to funnel patients to the imaging office! One gentleman said he’d waited an hour and fifteen minutes to receive his imaging. And drinking gallons of water is a prerequisite for your appt., anguish! There was commotion in the back dressing areas, cell phones blaring nuclear emergency ring tones, barely any privacy for dressing areas, what an absolute mess!
Beware you will get a huge bill even if you have insurance. I called here and asked about insurance and costs. I asked how much it would be out of pocket they would not tell me and said that they take my insurance and insurance should pay for it. I told them I had a high deductible and they said they can’t give me an exact amount but my insurance should pay for most of it. I went here for a neck x-ray. Had to wait over 1.5 hours. If you are claustrophobic like I was stay away rude unprofessional and not understanding. I called a month ago and was told I could go on feet first and head out. Was not the case. The rude foreigner tech could not tell me how far in my head would go. Eight hour drive for nothing.nobody here is trained for claustrophobic patients. It’s get on the table and in you go with no compassion.
Very nice stuff and the facility. I received services for a number of times and always had good experience.
